Essentials
5 pages
£650one-off build
10 days delivery
Includes 6 months of Care Essentials at £50/month from launch, billed separately.
For a weekend school, a single tutor, or a nursery getting online properly for the first time.
After launch, we stay on. Not bolted on. Built in.
A website is an operational tool. Term dates shift, fees change, new tutors join.
Most clients run on Care Plus: termly content updates, monthly analytics, priority support.
Every build launches with six months of Care Essentials at £50/month, billed separately from the one-off build fee. That covers hosting, security, and the small content edits that come up in the first months. After month six you choose: continue rolling monthly, switch to an annual plan, or upgrade tier. Cancellable monthly thereafter.

Three fixed-fee tiers: Essentials £650 for a 5-page site, Standard £1,000 for a 7-page site with enrolment-form conditional logic and term-date integration, Premium £1,500 for 9+ pages with multi-location support and advanced integrations. The client portal is included on every tier. The build fee is a one-off. Care plans are billed separately from launch (Care Essentials £50/month, Care Plus £100/month, Care Growth £200/month) with a 6-month minimum.
Essentials and Standard tiers are live within 10 working days of deposit. Premium is 14 working days. A calendar slot is reserved when the proposal is signed; work begins the same day the deposit lands.
Yes. Bygild operates remote-first across the whole United Kingdom. Discovery is on Calendly, the proposal is a written PDF, and the build is delivered via the client portal. Every UK postcode is in scope. No travel surcharges.
No. The build fee (£650, £1,000, or £1,500 depending on tier) is a one-off charge for the website itself. Care is a separate monthly subscription starting from £50/month, billed from launch day. Every build includes six months of Care Essentials so the site is hosted, patched, and supported through the settling-in period. After month six you switch to rolling monthly, an annual plan, or upgrade tier.
Not usually. We are built for independent providers: supplementary schools, community education, private tutoring companies, small nurseries, music and language schools. State procurement and MAT scale need a different setup.
Half an hour of your time on the call, a few photos if you have them, your logo, and rough notes on programmes and fees. We write copy, source stock imagery, and draft the parent-facing language if you would rather focus on running the school.
After launch, a named staff member logs in with a password, edits text directly, changes prices, updates term dates, and publishes. No staging, no deployments, no CMS learning curve. We handle structural changes on a care plan.
Every build includes a safeguarding section, DSL contact slot, policy download area, and accessibility statement. Placed where inspectors tend to look. Policy content is yours: we build the infrastructure around it.
Yes. We have built for Muslim supplementary schools and will work with other faith-based organisations. We ask about imagery, gender representation, language, and religious terminology during the call. No assumptions.
Each tier includes a set number of revision rounds: one for Essentials, three for Standard, five for Premium. If after those rounds the site still does not match what we agreed, you get a full deposit refund. See our terms for full details.
Honest answer: build work pauses if I am genuinely out of action, and we agree a revised launch date in writing rather than missing one quietly. For care plans, hosting, SSL, security patches and backups run on automated infrastructure that does not need me touching it day to day, so your site stays up regardless. Email auto-replies set a clear response window if I am away (typically 48 hours, same-day on Care Plus). As Bygild grows past five active clients I bring in a backup contractor on retainer for continuity. For schools who need a large-agency support bench from day one, we are honest about not being the right fit.
Yes. The Premium build for a supplementary school or weekend madrasah can include a parent-portal route where teachers log daily sabaq (new lesson), sabqi (recent revision) and manzil (long revision) entries against each student, with juz, surah and ayah fields. The school is data controller. Bygild operates as processor under a signed Article 28 UK GDPR DPA.
Yes. Nursery builds reference the EYFS Statutory Framework in About-the-Setting copy, surface the Ofsted URN and most recent inspection grade where parents look, and structure the safeguarding section around KCSIE 2024 and the Prevent duty: DSL contact, deputy DSL slot, policy download area, and a parental-consent register linked to the gallery workflow.
