Common questions
Websites start from £650 (Essentials, 5 pages). Standard is £1,000 and adds enrolment-form conditional logic, Google Calendar term-date integration, and policies/safeguarding sections. Premium is £1,500 for 9+ pages with multi-location support and advanced integrations. The client portal is included on every tier. Every quote is a flat fee: no surprises. All projects include 6 months of Care Essentials, then move to a 12-month annual care plan.
Essentials and Standard sites are typically live within 10 days of the Strategy Session. Premium takes up to 14 days. We work quickly because every week without a proper site is a week you could be converting parent enquiries.
We'll need your programmes or services list, term dates, team bios, and contact details. Photos help but are not essential. We can write the copy for you if needed. A content checklist goes out on deposit so nothing gets missed.
Yes. Every client gets access to a portal where you can update text, term dates, prices, and photos without contacting us. For structural changes like adding new pages, that comes under the Care Plan or we quote separately.
No. The build fee (Essentials £650, Standard £1,000, Premium £1,500) is a one-off charge for the website itself. The care plan is a separate monthly subscription, billed monthly from the day the site launches. Every build commits you to a minimum of 6 months on Care Essentials at £50/month. After month six you can switch to rolling monthly, an annual plan, or upgrade tier.
Most clients run on Care Plus at £100/month. That covers hosting, security patches, monthly backups, uptime monitoring, 3 hours of content changes, a monthly analytics report, a quarterly strategy call, and priority support with next-business-day response. Care Essentials (£50/month) is the entry tier. Care Growth (£200/month) adds a monthly SEO article, Google Business Profile management, and same-day response during business hours, for schools actively growing their intake.
