Common questions

Every engagement gets a written proposal with a fixed fee before any work begins. The price depends on scope: a local-business site, a product build, and data-protection work are quoted differently. No discovery-phase invoices, no surprise change orders. The number you see in the proposal is the number you pay.
The delivery window is stated in the proposal. A typical small-business site is live within around ten working days of the deposit; product and compliance work is scoped case by case. If a date ever moves, it moves in writing, agreed by both sides.
Your services list, team details, and any photos you have. We write the copy if you would rather focus on running the business. A content checklist goes out on deposit so nothing gets missed.
Yes. Clients get access to a portal where you can update text, prices, and photos without contacting us. Structural changes like new pages are quoted separately.
Every build ships with a UK GDPR lawful basis on its forms, honest consent handling, and a retention policy. On data-sensitive builds a Data Protection Impact Assessment comes before the first line of code, and the highest-risk data is handled by specialist third parties so the platform itself holds less.
No. The studio also builds product infrastructure (KeyProof, verification infrastructure for UK car hire, is the featured build) and data-protection systems, with cyber and AI governance as its practice focus. Evidence systems and infrastructure, never legal advice.
